Use of Services

The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You must be at least 18 years old to place orders. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Order Process

Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. Hexaple is not responsible for errors in pricing or item descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse any order, in our sole discretion.  

Payment

You must provide valid payment information to complete your order. Your payment method will be charged upon placing your order. If there are any issues processing your payment, we may use a third-party service to validate your payment details.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Hexaple shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. Small order fees or other charges may apply.

Return/Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we do not offer returns or refunds except for orders that were not received or contained mistakes made by our staff. Any claims must be made within 1 hour of the estimated delivery time.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content therein are the property of Hexaple or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

User Content

Any content you submit to the Services grants Hexaple a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content. You represent that you have the rights required to grant us that license.  

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEXAPLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Hong Kong.

Changes

Hexaple may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
